618game ("we", "Platform", "Service") is a digital platform providing online casino, sports betting, and esports betting services for players in Myanmar. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between players who use the 618game website and mobile platform and the platform itself.

By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to follow all terms and conditions in this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

This agreement is written in Myanmar language. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions, the original Myanmar language version shall be the definitive reference.

1.1 Definitions

"Player" means a person who has opened an account on the Platform or is using the service.

"Currency" means the Platform balance expressed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK/Ks).

2.1 Age Requirement

618game is for players aged 21 and above only. Every time you access the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. The Platform may verify a player's age at any time and may suspend the account if satisfactory proof cannot be provided.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may open only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts (multi-accounting) are strictly prohibited. If this is detected, the account will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Personal Information

Personal information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. If the information given is found to be incorrect, the Platform may suspend or terminate benefits. Players must —

• Use a payment method that belongs to them
• Not deposit or withdraw on behalf of a third party

2.4 Account Security

Do not share your account password or login details with any third party. The player is personally responsible for all activity and any financial losses arising from their account.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. The minimum withdrawal amount is also 10,000 Ks. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Processing may take longer due to temporary bank or payment network interruptions, but we work to complete them as quickly as possible.

3.4 Withdrawal Verification

The Platform may carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) checks on withdrawal requests. All withdrawals will be sent back to the same payment method used for the deposit, and can only be processed using the player's own payment account.

3.5 Transaction Fees

The Platform does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, any fees charged by the bank or payment service provider are the player's responsibility.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

618game's welcome bonus is 150% of the first deposit, with a maximum bonus amount of 100,000 Ks.

For example — depositing 20,000 Ks gives a 30,000 Ks bonus, making the total balance 50,000 Ks. That 30,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 10 times (30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks) before a withdrawal is allowed.

Likewise, depositing 140,000 Ks gives the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, making the total balance 240,000 Ks. The 100,000 Ks bonus × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks in wagers must be completed before a withdrawal is allowed.

4.2 How to Claim a Bonus

The bonus will be credited automatically on the first deposit. Bonus funds can be used to play games but cannot be withdrawn directly.

4.3 General Promotion Terms

• A new bonus can only be claimed after the current one has been cleared
• Each player can receive the welcome bonus once only
• If a bonus is suspected of being used fraudulently, we may freeze the bonus-related balance and investigate
• The Platform reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion without prior notice

5.1 Fair Play

618game strictly prohibits unfair gameplay methods (using bots, software-assisted decision-making, or exploitative betting strategies). Any winnings obtained through such methods may be voided.

5.2 Game Availability

Games on the platform may be temporarily suspended without prior notice due to software updates, provider outages, or technical issues. The platform is not responsible for any losses incurred by players as a result.

5.3 Interrupted Game

If a game is interrupted due to a network disconnection, the platform's server records will be used as the basis for determining the outcome. Server records are the sole official reference.

5.4 Jackpot and Special Prizes

Jackpot prizes can only be won through legitimate gameplay. Prizes resulting from software glitches will not be paid out, and players will be notified if such a situation occurs.

Players are not permitted to do any of the following —

• Using the platform to violate any law
• Engaging in money laundering
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to manipulate gameplay
• Deliberately seeking out and exploiting software glitches
• Attempting to hack the platform's computer systems
• Colluding with other players in individual games
• Creating fake accounts to claim third-party bonuses
• Providing false personal information
• Using the platform's name or logo without permission

If any of the above actions are detected, the platform may —

• Freeze funds
• Close the account permanently without notice
• Void related winnings
• Report the matter to the relevant authorities

The platform is not liable for losses or damages caused by the following —

• Network connection issues
• Third-party software malfunctions
• Incorrect gameplay decisions made by the player
• Server maintenance periods
• Inaccessibility due to actions by network authorities

9.1 Self-Exclusion by Player

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can contact 24/7 Live Chat or [email protected]. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be paid out.

9.2 Closure by Platform

The platform reserves the right to close a player's account with or without notice, depending on the nature of the violation. If the account is closed due to a breach of this agreement, any remaining balance will not be paid out.

9.3 Mutual Agreement Termination

If a player decides to remove this platform for any reason, we respect that decision. Any matters related to remaining balance will be handled through our 24/7 support service.
